Before co-founding Robbins Pellegrino, Chandler began his career as a main street business broker, establishing and leading Robbins Business Group. Having gained extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, he founded Robbins Fuel Advisors, a niche M&A advisory firm that specialized in petroleum-related business acquisitions.

Chandler has a reputation for conducting business with honesty and forthrightness. He believes in full transparency and raw candor when providing clients with actionable advice regarding their business pursuits.

Outside of his professional life, Chandler enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Ana, relaxing at the beach, and playing pickleball. He also proudly serves as a United Methodist Church pastor, which has profoundly influenced his genuine approach to guiding clients through the process of mergers and acquisitions.

Joe Pellegrino, Jr. is a Partner and the Director of Operations at Robbins Pellegrino, bringing over 18 years of experience in operational leadership and business advisory services. Joe is instrumental in overseeing the firm’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in client service.

As a licensed business intermediary, Joe has a storied background in the franchise sector, with significant experience in both operations and infrastructure. His unique credentials as a serial entrepreneur with a deep knowledge of franchise systems enable him to lead clients through complex business transactions with ease.

Prior to co-founding Robbins Pellegrino, Joe established and acquired several companies, including J. Michael Strategies, a consulting agency, and Divine Digital Agency, a leading software development firm. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
